I wanted to provide an update for our PUSD families and staff. Our hearts go out to the communities near the Pacific Palisades, Eaton, and Hurst fires. We appreciate and support our first responders who are doing an amazing job protecting all our communities.
Here in PUSD, we had damage to two structures from fallen trees but everyone is safe and schools will remain open. Again, we continue to monitor the situation and encourage families and staff to use extra caution when traveling to and from school, particularly in areas prone to falling debris or limited visibility due to dust.
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work together to prioritize safety while maintaining a focus on learning.
Marshall AVID students took a field trip to the University of Southern California. They got to tour the campus, enter the Allyson Felix Field, and walk through the Bookstore. It was a great day to be a Mustang. Fight on!!
Our Mustangs played their hearts out against Lorbeer. We might’ve not taken the W but we are so proud of how strong you continued to play until the end! Let’s get the next one!
